We announced our 2027 goals.
Sabaq and BaccPrep to 300 users each, and $3,000 of giving for families in Mali through the Mali Wellness Foundation. All three start at zero.
Improving infrastructure across the Sahel — architecture, technology, and finance.
One company, three pillars. Built by the diaspora, with people on the ground, for Mali and the wider Sahel.
Mission
No slogans about changing the world. Just the work, stated plainly.
Sahel Development Group is one company building across architecture, technology, and finance — the three things a place needs before anything else can move. We start where our own people are: Mali, then the wider Sahel.
Run from the United States, where the capital, the customers, and the diaspora are.
Products and services designed for the ground they will actually run on.
Built from abroad, with people on the ground. The diaspora pays, the Sahel benefits.
What we do
Tap any arm to open it. Each one is a working direction of the group — stated as it is, not dressed up.
For a family building from abroad, guessing is expensive. SDG Design turns a plot and an idea into a full 3D design — the family sees exactly what their money will build before the first brick is laid.
SDG Pay is the payments arm — sending, receiving, and holding money, built for how people in the Sahel actually do it, including the places the banking system never reached.
SDG Connect puts routers into local businesses and runs the connection as a service — a shop gets Wi-Fi its customers can actually use, without a contract it cannot afford.
Buying land is easy; proving it is yours is the hard part. SDG Certificates gets land buyers their certificates and documents quickly — the paperwork done properly, so ownership is never a question.
Products
Neither is finished. Both are being built now, under the same roof — open either one to see where it stands.
Product · Technology
Building soonAn AI coach for memorizing the Quran. It listens while you recite and answers back in the moment — in Hafs or Warsh — while parents follow along from their own dashboard.

Building soonBac exam preparation for students in Mali. Families abroad pay for the programme; students at home do the work — and every bit of progress shows up live for the people who paid.
Inside BaccPrep2027 Goals
Announced October 29, 2026. All three counters open at zero — and stay there until something real happens.
Updates
Entries land here when something real happens — and only then.

Building soonAn AI Quran memorization coach — the first multi interactive AI Quranic platform.
Memorizing alone is hard to sustain: nobody hears your mistakes, and nobody notices when you stop. Sabaq sits across from you instead — it listens, it corrects, and it keeps the record — so practice keeps moving between lessons, not just during them.
How it works
Four pieces, one loop: you recite, the coach responds, and the people who support you can see it working.
Sabaq listens while you recite and responds as you go — mistakes surface in the moment, while the verse is still in front of you, not days later in a lesson.
Two readings, both supported. Recite in the riwayah you learned — the coach follows your reading instead of forcing you into someone else's.
Parents can follow progress from their own view — what was practiced, how it went, whether the habit is holding — without sitting in on every session.
Made for beginners opening the Quran for the first time, solo learners with no teacher nearby, and adults finding their way back to it after years away.
The plan
Waitlist open$60 / month
One plan, everything in it. No tiers, no locked features, nothing held back for a higher price — a single all-access subscription, the same for a parent buying for a child as for an adult learning alone.
Join the waitlistJoining the waitlist costs nothing. Waitlist members get 3 months free at launch.

Actual progress: 0% · 0 of 300 users
The counter starts at zero and moves only when real learners are subscribed. Nothing is pre-sold, and no one is counted early.
Drag the slider to model what different subscriber levels would total at $60 a month. This is a projection only. It touches nothing real: the user count above stays at 0 until learners actually subscribe.

Building soonBac exam preparation for West Africa — built first for students in Mali.
The bac decides a student's next decade, and most prepare for it nearly blind: practice happens, but nobody can see whether it is working. BaccPrep closes that gap — students prepare on the platform, and the family paying from abroad watches the progress live.
The offer
No tiers and no upsells. The whole programme, for every student, at the same price.

Giving · 2027
$0 funded so farThree thousand dollars, six named items, families in Mali at the other end.
No vague fund and no general appeal. Every dollar in this goal is attached to a specific item at a listed price, bought through the Mali Wellness Foundation's donation store — and an item only counts once its funding is in and its delivery is confirmed.

Change the quantities to sketch out a different mix. Planning a basket donates nothing and funds nothing — the funded figure above stays at $0 until a gift is actually made and delivery is confirmed.
$3,000 Planned basket total
The starting mix: 10 goats, 20 school supply kits, 10 baby kits, seeds, 1 corneal transplant surgery, 10 feminine hygiene kits — $3,000 in total. Reset puts those quantities back.
